We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our fast-growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and passionate about helping clients find the right property while achieving high sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and provide professional property consultations
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying/selling process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and developer launches
- Manage negotiations and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets with full team support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proven track record in sales or real estate
- Good understanding of UAE real estate market
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong client focus
