Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing expert property advice, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build rapport and professionally address client inquiries.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Dubai is an advantage.
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Multi lingual (speaks more than just English) is an add on.
