Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing professional guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify clients’ needs and propose suitable property options.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on current property listings, trends, and prices.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Negotiate and close deals professionally and efficiently.

• Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and necessary approvals.

• Promote properties through marketing channels, social media platforms, and networking.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress.

• Represent Desert Rise Real Estate with professionalism and integrity in all dealings.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

• Prior real estate experience is beneficial but not required — training provided
