About the Role

Think Realty is expanding its dynamic real estate team and is looking for driven and experienced Property Consultants who are passionate about sales and the UAE real estate market.
This role is commission-only with an uncapped earning structure, offering industry-leading commissions of up to 80% based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and market analysis for clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Maintain and update listings, CRM records, and client interactions.
• Negotiate deals professionally and close transactions efficiently.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and landlords.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate trends, communities, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Dubai property market, communities, and developers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Emirati candidates are highly preferred, but all nationalities may apply.
• Must be available to start immediately.
