Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Consultant for an on-site role located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property options, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, staying updated on real estate market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales objectives through personalized services.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting and providing expert property-related advice to clients
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to establish rapport and maintain client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate to successfully achieve targets and close deals
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory guidelines is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
