Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, and online marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate and close real estate deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and documentation for transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience in any industry/ Freshers can also apply
• Numerical aptitude
• Impressive personality with good presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and market conditions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
