The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
  • Present project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans effectively
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
  • Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
  • Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Documentation & Process Management

  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM system
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction closure
  • Follow up on booking amounts, documentation, and payment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
  • Provide feedback to marketing team on lead quality and customer preferences
  • Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
