The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
- Present project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans effectively
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
- Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
- Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Documentation & Process Management
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM system
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction closure
- Follow up on booking amounts, documentation, and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
- Provide feedback to marketing team on lead quality and customer preferences
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
