About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is someone wo communicates with confidence, understands the market inside and out, and is driven to help clients make smart property choices.

Key Responsibilities :-

Provide clients with professional guidance on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties including both off-plan and secondary market options.
Identify client needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property prices, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Prepare and present property proposals and market analyses to clients.
Ensure all legal documents and property transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Requirements :-

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a related real estate role, with up to 6 months of UAE experience preferred.
Freshers are also eligible.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
