Keystone Global Real Estate Dubai is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage property portfolios for investors and homeowners. Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with End Users and investors.
• Provide clients with periodic performance reports, market insights, and ROI updates.
• Work closely with your sales team and train them about new Project, Developer and location.
• Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Team handling.
• Strong understanding of RERA laws, and Dubai real estate procedures.
• Excellent communication, client servicing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple portfolios efficiently and work under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems and property management tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
