Property Consultant

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Property Consultant – Sales to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be resident in Abu Dhabi and have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in properties while achieving sales targets.

Key of Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads within Abu Dhabi
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi neighborhoods, projects, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and presentations exclusively in Abu Dhabi
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to build trust with clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• UAE real estate experience is preferred
