We are expanding our high-performing real estate team in Dubai and are hiring experienced, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents.
This position is strictly for agents with Dubai real estate experience and a proven track record of closing deals.

Role Responsibilities

• Generate new listings & manage landlord relationships
• Handle buyer/tenant inquiries professionally
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers & close deals
• Manage your CRM pipeline & follow-ups daily
• Understand the Dubai secondary market and pricing trends
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements (STRICT FILTERS)

✔ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Dubai Real Estate experience
✔ Commission-only basis — NO basic salary
✔ Proven experience closing secondary market or leasing deals
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Professional attitude, ambition, and discipline
✔ UAE driving license & car preferred
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
