Property Consultant

Sterling Apex Real Estate is seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage the full property transaction process with confidence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ property needs, budgets, and investment goals.
• Analyze Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and market opportunities.
• Source and recommend suitable properties that match client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and present accurate information on communities and developments.
• Negotiate sales and lease terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Prepare, review, and manage all required legal and transactional documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete buying, selling, and leasing process from start to finish.
• Ensure smooth, transparent, and compliant closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in Real Estate Mandatory, candidates without not preferred.

Benefits:

• AED 2,000 basic salary + high commission structure.
