Job Description

This is a full time on site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will manage property sales and leasing, advise clients on market conditions and trends, conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.

Must have real estate experience in Dubai (minimum 1 year). Above industry average commissions and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify potential buyers and tenants
• Show properties to clients and answer their questions
• Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients
• Prepare and manage contracts
• Close sales and leasing transactions
