Role Description

We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi (full-time).

The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a strategic advisor - someone who can guide clients toward the right investment opportunities and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients and understanding their investment goals
• Conducting property presentations, viewings, and negotiations
• Managing real estate transactions from inquiry to closing
• Marketing and listing properties effectively
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process

We value professionals who are organized, fast learners, and can adapt to the fast-moving pace of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Coachable and able to adapt to and respect the company culture
• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change
• Multilingual ability is an advantage
• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Professional certification or broker license is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
