Property Consultant

• We're a real estate brokerage in Dubai looking to expand our team with motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents. If you're passionate about property, love working with people, and want uncapped earning potential in one of the world's hottest real estate markets, this could be for you!

The Role:

• Focus on sales and leasing (secondary and off-plan properties)
• Build client relationships, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions
• No prior experience required – we're open to enthusiastic newcomers!

• 100% Commission-Based (no fixed salary, but sky's the limit on earnings)
• High Commission Structure: Up to 60% split (one of the most competitive in Dubai – you keep the majority of what you earn!)
• Comprehensive Training: Full in-house training on Dubai real estate laws, sales techniques, RERA certification support, and ongoing mentorship from top performers

Requirements:

• Valid UAE residency visa (or eligible for one)
