• Drive sales in Dubai’s off-plan property market
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Conduct high-level client presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs
• Lead negotiations and consistently close high-value transactions
• Stay ahead of market trends, new launches, and developer strategies
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and exclusive project launches

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
• A proven and verifiable sales track record
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property landscape and upcoming developments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven professionals
• Fluency in English is mandatory (Additional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, or Bengali are a strong advantage)
