Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will handle a range of responsibilities, including advising clients on property investments, identifying potential opportunities in the market, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties. Daily activities involve conducting property viewings, preparing market analyses, building business relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client objectives.

• Proficiency in Consulting, specifically in advising clients on property investments and real estate transactions
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service expertise, ensuring client satisfaction and relationship building
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market, including industry trends, regulations, and property management
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to handle a dynamic workload
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or any related field preferred
• UAE real estate experience and a valid driver's license are advantageous
