• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai

• 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate preferred

• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic digital marketing platforms

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
