Property Consultant

Role Summary

The Property Consultant is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and marketing activities
• Handle company-provided and personal leads professionally
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and site visits
• Secure property listings with accurate details, pricing, and photographs
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships
• Negotiate deals and successfully close sales or rentals
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
• Update CRM systems with accurate client and transaction data
• Attend required meetings, trainings, inductions, and developer briefings
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates must have 1–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Valid real estate license (if applicable)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Preference will be given to candidates who speak multiple languages, as the role involves working with an international client base.
• Strong English communication skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Russian-speaking clients
• Chinese-speaking clients
• Persian/Farsi-speaking clients
• European markets
