Our ideal candidate must possess the following experience and skills:
- To be active in the market, generating new listings to the company from new inquiries.
- Communicating with owners with a view to lease or sell their properties.
- Build up relationships with existing owners and buyers/tenants by calling or by meeting.
- Handling inquiries from owners and prospective buyers/tenants, maintain consistent follow-up to convert into appointments.
- Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
- Have local knowledge of the communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market, with experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions.
- Multi-lingual is an advantage (Hindi, Urdu, Russian and Arabic speaker).
- Must be proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and Hard working.
- Extensive background in commercial and residential real estate.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and sales skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Valid UAE driver's license
Compensation:
- This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, where you will earn a competitive commission on all successfully closed transactions in both the off-plan and secondary markets.
