Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our team on a commission-based engagement. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and facilitating property transactions while adhering to SSJ GROUP’s ethical standards and UAE real estate regulations (RERA/DLD).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential property buyers, investors, and tenants through networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Present, promote, and sell residential or commercial properties in line with client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, provide market insights, and guide clients through the sales/leasing process.
• Prepare and submit offers, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, leads, and transaction updates in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to RERA, DLD, and SSJ GROUP guidelines, including anti-money laundering and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings and close deals.
• Follow up with clients post-transaction to build long-term relationships and referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consultancy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on client needs.
• Commission-based engagement; earnings are directly linked to successful transactions.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based, calculated on successful transactions as per SSJ GROUP’s policies.
• Additional incentives or bonuses may be provided for high performance.
• No fixed salary; freelancers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations.
