Trixis Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based brokerage specializing in premium off-plan and secondary market properties. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents who are eager to grow, perform, and achieve exceptional earning potential in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users
• Advise clients on new project launches, investment opportunities, and flexible payment plans
• Generate, manage, and close qualified leads effectively
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Conduct client presentations, property viewings, site visits, and negotiations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (off-plan experience is mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and developer payment structures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
