Property Consultant

Arfeen Real Estate is expanding its operations in Ajman and is looking for motivated, client-focused Property Consultants to join our growing team. This role is well suited for individuals with a passion for sales and customer interaction, whether you have real estate experience or are entering the industry for the first time. Full training and continuous support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with leasing, purchasing, and selling properties across Ajman
• Conduct property viewings and present listings in a professional and confident manner
• Manage negotiations and support clients through the transaction process until completion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and high service standards
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing movements, and new project launches

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
• Prior real estate experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome
• Professional appearance with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
