Liventra Properties is expanding and looking for experienced Property Consultants specializing in secondary sales and off-plan projects. If you have a proven background in real estate and are ready to grow with a professional agency, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle buyer and investor inquiries for sales & off-plan properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
- Negotiate prices and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
- Update CRM with accurate client and deal information
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or off-plan projects
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and professional mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid real estate experience (UAE experience preferred, if applicable)
Freshers without real estate experience will not be considered
