Liventra Properties is expanding and looking for experienced Property Consultants specializing in secondary sales and off-plan projects. If you have a proven background in real estate and are ready to grow with a professional agency, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle buyer and investor inquiries for sales & off-plan properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Negotiate prices and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
  • Update CRM with accurate client and deal information
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or off-plan projects
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and professional mindset
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid real estate experience (UAE experience preferred, if applicable)

Freshers without real estate experience will not be considered
