Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their real estate career with full support, training, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

• No prior real estate experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Immediate availability preferred

Option 1(Basic Salary + Commission)

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 + Commission

• Commission-based: 50%–50% (no basic salary, unlimited earning potential)
