We are looking for Real Estate Professionals with industry experience to work in a favorable environment. We provide all marketing support and CRM follow up . The job is purely on commission basis and deserving candidates are offered higher percentage .

Our Commission is not on SLAB, it is purely on how much you CLOSE

1. Sales Commission

Agents will earn commission based on the total property transaction value as follows:

AED 250,000 – AED 1,500,000

• Agent: 50%,
• Company: 50%

AED 1,510,000 – AED 4,000,000

• Agent: 60%
• Company: 40%

AED 4,000,000 and above

• Agent: 70%
• Company: 30%

2. Rental Commission

Annual rental deals are shared as follows:

Up to AED 400,000 annual rental value

• Agent: 50%
• Company: 50%

Above AED 400,000 annual rental value

• Agent: 60%
• Company: 40%

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Real estate experience preferred (but not mandatory)
