Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for upcoming and ongoing off plan projects.
• Present and promote investment opportunities to clients with detailed market knowledge.
• Conduct professional project presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships and client portfolios.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off plan projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, target oriented, and passionate about property investments.
• Valid UAE Driving License and RERA certification.
