Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The Property Consultant will focus on assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while staying updated on market trends and regulations. Responsibilities include providing expert advice, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals that align with client needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and provide tailored solutions
• Proven ability in Sales and expertise in Real Estate for managing property transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
• Proficiency in understanding the Dubai real estate market, including laws and regulations
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and technology is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous
