Job Description:
D&S Homes Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Provide expert advice on property market trends and pricing.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers or tenants.
• Build and maintain a strong client network through prospecting and referrals.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
