Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and property trends
• Negotiate property deals and contracts between buyers and sellers
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local property market and real estate laws
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
