Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Leads will be provided by the company, your role is to convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-provided leads and follow up professionally
• Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and regulations
• Update CRM with client interactions and deal progress

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
• Valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
