Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team, specializing in Off-Plan, Secondary, and Rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and successfully closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and confidently close sales and rental deals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
- Identify and approach new prospects to expand the client base.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
- Match clients with suitable properties and arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate rental and sales agreement terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Facilitate contract signing and manage all paperwork through deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Maintain updated records of property listings and client interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of GCC experience, preferably in Banking SME Sector or Wealth Management.
- Existing client network with the ability to generate business through personal connections.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.
- Professional appearance with a strong client-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable attitude.
- Passionate, goal-oriented, and hardworking with the determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
