Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying and managing real estate opportunities, leading sales and rental processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing property market insights, conducting client consultations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coordinating property site visits. The consultant will also stay updated on market trends and assist clients with negotiations and documentation.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online property tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
