Role Description

This is a full-time on site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will engage directly with clients to understand their property needs, provide consulting services, and offer tailored solutions. The role involves guiding clients through the property buying process, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and trust. The Consultant will also utilize their real estate market expertise to identify opportunities and provide insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate, including identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain excellent client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Strong understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for real estate and sales management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
