Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in 6th of October. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting market analyses, providing professional consultations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing property sales processes, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and foster customer satisfaction.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with an understanding of property valuation and market trends.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and resolve queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
