About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven Real Estate Sales Executives specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, confident in building strong client relationships, and highly motivated to achieve exceptional earnings through performance-based commissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with proven experience in the Secondary Market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good knowledge of Dubai property market & developers
  • Driving license is an advantage
  • RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, meetings, and digital platforms
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions
  • Build and maintain a strong client database
  • Stay updated on market trends, projects, and developers
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients professionally
  • Represent the company at property launches and events
