Whether your expertise lies in off-plan sales, the secondary market, or rentals, if you are ambitious and results-driven, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients and property listings across off-plan and ready properties
• Advise buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the entire transaction lifecycle
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients from initial inquiry to successful closing
• Stay updated on developer launches, project inventory, and market trends in Dubai
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date
• Represent Viara Properties with professionalism, integrity, and strong market knowledge

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience as a real estate agent in the UAE preferred
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and developer ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Hindi is an advantage)
• RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
