Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of luxury secondary market listings

• Manage the full sales cycle from valuation and listing to negotiation and closing

• Provide strategic market analysis and tailored investment advice to clients

• Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships

• Represent the brand at networking events and within high-net-worth circles

• Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience


Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market

• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage premium clientele

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury communities

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

• UAE driving license

• Prior luxury real estate experience preferred
