About the Role

Banke International Properties is expanding its Residential Sales & Commercial Division and is looking for driven consultants to handle leasing and sales across office, retail, and industrial assets in Dubai.

Whether you're entering real estate or have 1–2 years of sales experience, the focus is simple: give you the structure, tools, and exposure to close deals faster.

This is not a fixed-salary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Close residential or commercial deals
• Advising UAE & international investors and end-users
• Managing leads via Bayut, Property Finder & in-house CRM systems
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and close deals
• Prepare proposals and market comparisons
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
• Developing your personal brand in Dubai real estate
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends

Requirements

• 1–4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• English required; additional languages are a plus
