Property Consultant

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client relationships, and the dynamic Dubai property market.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering a high مستوى of service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
• Identify client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new developments in Dubai
• Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
