Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.

We are Hiring Off Plan Property Agents on Attractive Salaries + (Commission Base) 70/30 and 50% commission pay in 24 hours

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Build networks with developers, agents, and investors
• Generate leads and referrals
• Provide after-sales service and support
• Understand clients’ goals (investment, residential, commercial, rental income, etc.)
• Recommend suitable locations and property types
• Analyze current real estate market conditions

What We Require:

• Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
• Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.

Qualifications:

• Consulting and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in DUBAI Real Estate market
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market

Experience:

• Real Estate : 1 years in Dubai Real Estate (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver's License (Preferred)
