Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate and manage property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts.
• Provide market insights and property investment advice.
• Prepare and manage required documentation.
• Promote properties through social media, online portals, and networking.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and RERA regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
