Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Stay up to date with market trends and property values in Dubai
• Negotiate terms and close property deals successfully
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal parties when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
