About the Role

We are looking for driven, client-focused Property Consultants to join Axilium’s growing brokerage team. This role is suited for individuals who can handle high-value listings, work with investors, and deliver a premium client experience aligned with our boutique, high-standard positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Generate and manage property listings (residential & commercial)

- Conduct property viewings and client consultations

- Negotiate deals and close sales

- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors

- Deliver high-quality service to high-net-worth and institutional clients

- ⁠Maintain a strong personal pipeline and referral network

Business Development

- Source new listings and exclusive mandates

- Work closely with developers and bulk property owners

- Expand Axilium’s presence in the Abu Dhabi market

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure all transactions comply with DMT/ADREC regulations

- Manage documentation (SPAs, agreements)

- Maintain CRM records and reporting

Compensation Options (Candidate Choice)

Option 1: Salary + Fixed Commission

- Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000

- Commission: 30% on net commission generated

- Best for: Stability + consistent income

Option 2: Commission-Only (Tiered Structure)

- No Base Salary

- Higher Earning Potential

- Tiered Commission on Net Sales: 50% - 60%

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
