Property Consultant

Top of The Top Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong client pipeline

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties

- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations

- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available properties

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

- Experience in real estate sales (UAE experience is an advantage)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
