Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Property Advisors with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market who are ready to thrive in a structured, high-performance setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert company-generated marketing leads into successful transactions
- Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and manage the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Use CRM systems to track, manage, and close deals efficiently
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
- Proven ability to generate and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
