Role Description

This full-time, Property Consultant role is based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will assist clients in identifying and securing suitable real estate opportunities, whether for purchase, sale, or investment. Responsibilities include conducting market research, providing expert advice, negotiating property deals, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires building client relationships and staying informed about market trends to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, including the ability to assess client needs and offer tailored property solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and ensure a positive experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate practices, including negotiation and market analysis expertise
• Familiarity with the Dubai property market is a plus
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages spoken are an advantage
