RiseUp Real Estate is looking for ambitious and motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are seeking confident sales professionals with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the drive to succeed in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound activities
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and available inventory
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
