Property Viewings & Presentations: Conduct property viewings, site visits, and high-end digital presentations for off-plan projects and secondary market listings.
Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers/developers to secure mutually beneficial terms and successfully close transactions.
Transaction Management: Coordinate with the internal compliance and administrative teams to ensure all paperwork, sales agreements, and registration requirements conform to regulatory standards.
