Job Summary

As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Stay updated with Dubai's real estate market trends and property opportunities.
• Negotiate successful deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passionate about building a long-term career in Dubai's real estate industry.
